We are Vaggelis and Agapi Kosmidi, the owners of Sunset 31. We are a family of three including our 11-year-old cat Draxi (!), living and working in Thessaloniki in the north of Greece.

 The idea of Sunset 31 has been in the making for several years during our own travels and the accommodation we've visited. On our first visit to Crete, we felt that the time was right for us to make a more permanent commitment to this island. We loved everything about this land, its people, its food and decided we wanted more than a passing tie to it. We felt the need to set roots in this part of the world.

This is how Sunset31 came about. From the first day of construction, we worked with love and the vision of our ideal vacation home, the welcome and comfort we wanted to offer our guests. The experience of building a home in this corner of Greece was a delight on account of the beauty of the landscape and the professionalism of the constructors!
